Symposium attendees may arrange to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Destin-Fort Walton Beach by calling 1-800-874-8104. The hotel is extending the government per diem rate (currently $128.00) plus applicable taxes to all HAVE Forum attendees. All individual reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a major credit card number to guarantee reservation, or advance payment of first night's room and tax. Deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and cancellation number is obtained. Cancellation outside of this timeframe will incur a charge equal to one night's room and tax. To make sure you receive the negotiated group rate, please state that you are affiliated with the HAVE FORUM '07 Symposium. Reservations must be made no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 23, 2007. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only. Should the guest room block be filled prior to the cut-off date, any additional room requests will be negotiated on a space and/or rate available basis. Check-In/Check-out Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guest rooms may not be available prior to check-in time, but every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals. Area Map/Directions
By Car: Finding your way to the Four Points by Sheraton Destin-Ft. Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island is easy. From Interstate 10, take exit 56 and travel south on U.S. Highway 85. Take 98 East through Fort Walton Beach, over the bridge to the Island; the hotel is on the right just past the first light. If you're traveling on US 98 either East or West - keep your eyes open. The Hotel is approximately 6 miles west of Destin and only 45 miles east of Pensacola. By Air: Delta/ASA has 9 flights into Okaloosa Regional Air Terminal daily from Atlanta. Service is also provided by Northwest Airlines and US Air. Alternate air transportation is available to Pensacola or Panama City; both approximately an hour drive.
