Security Requirements
The HAVE Forum ’07 Symposium will be conducted at the Secret/NOFORN level. Attendance at this classified symposium is limited to US citizens holding a Secret clearance with a certified need-to-know. Verification of your need-to-know will be done by:
1. Your organization's HAVE Forum focal point
2. Your supervisor (for DoD employees)
3. Your government sponsor (for companies without a focal point)
The Symposium is governed by DoD Regulation 5200.1-R, Air Force Instruction 31-401, DoD
5220.22M and its supplement. Access verification must be provided by your organizational HAVE
Forum focal point and security officer PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE.
Each attendee must ensure full completion of the visit request form and submit the form either by fax 937/426-8755 or by mail to:

The visit request form must be received by March 26, 2007 to ensure admittance to the sessions. Telephone clearance information WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
NO MATERIALS WILL BE CARRIED INTO THE BRIEFING ROOMS. BRIEFCASES, NOTEPADS, CAMERAS, CELLULAR TELEPHONES, TWO WAY BEEPERS, RECORDING DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED DURING ALL SESSIONS. Notetaking will not be permitted at any time. Do not carry items with you to the Symposium; leave them in your room or vehicle. Any handcarry item (other than purses which are subject to search) must be left with Security.
Security check-in at Eglin AFB, Base Theater will begin at 12:30 PM on Monday, April 23 and will begin at 7:30 AM on Wednesday and Thursday, April 24-25. Transportation WILL NOT be provided to and from Eglin. You must check-in each day at the appropriate Registration Desk at the Eglin AFB, Base Theater. Identification will be verified and the appropriate handstamp applied. Each symposium attendee will receive a badge and receipt upon checking in onsite.
Individuals are responsible for safeguarding their badge and ensuring it is displayed on an outer garment during the symposium. Each day attendees must check-in at the Registration Desk to receive the unique handstamp for admittance to that day's sessions.
